What happens if my package gets returned to sender?

If your package is returned to Empowered PC for any reason, such as an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address or missed delivery attempts, it will be processed for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not re-ship items that have been returned to us. Once we receive the item, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you still want to receive the item, please place a new order, and we will be happy to fulfill it.
