Why do I have to pay shipping to Empowered PC for a warranty repair?

Per our posted warranty policy, located at Empowered PC Warranty Information, outside of 30 days, our customers are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the unit in for repair. From there, we will cover the cost of diagnostics, repairs, and return shipping back to you.
