Why do I have to pay a restocking fee when I returned the original packaging and all accessories?

Modified on Fri, 26 Jan at 4:51 PM

Restocking fees for non-defective returns are assessed to recuperate the costs associated with shipping out the product, return shipping, labor, and fulfillment needed to produce the order. In cases of buyer's remorse or when an item is no longer needed, we will honor our promise to offer a full refund, less the costs associated with the fulfillment and delivery that has been completed.
