First, try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the Task Manager and close any unresponsive programs. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the power button until the computer shuts down, then restart it. Check for .dmp files in C:\windows\Minidump\ and reach out to support@cukusa.com for further analysis.
