I am getting a CPU Fan Speed error on boot up, what should I do?

If you have a liquid-cooled system and you're receiving a CPU Fan Speed error, don't worry. This is a common issue that occurs because older systems may not have an AIO Cooler header plug on the motherboard, and the CPU fan header may not provide enough sustained power to keep the pump running at 100%.

Fortunately, you can fix this error by bypassing the sensor. Here's how:

  1. Enter the BIOS: Restart your computer and press the designated key (often Del or F2) to enter the BIOS.

  2. Switch to Advanced Mode: If you're not already in Advanced Mode, press F7 to switch from EZ mode.

  3. Navigate to the Monitor tab: Look for the Monitor tab and click on it.

  4. Set CPU Fan Speed to IGNORE: Locate the CPU Fan Speed setting and change it from N/A (Not Available) to IGNORE.

  5. Save and exit: Press F10 to save your changes and exit the BIOS.

By following these steps, you should be able to disable the sensor and boot your system normally. If you encounter any issues or need help navigating your BIOS screens, please contact the support department.
